We are looking for Business development head for swach having at least 20 years of BD activity in water and waste water. must have BE mech or civil education from a reputed Engineering College with practical experience in water and waste project and thereafter Business Development in bidding for water projects both EPC and O&M and BOOT projects, must have thorough knowledge of bidding process, competitive Landscape, mapping of competition, good rapport with DPR consultants, Experience in costing of different components of Project civil, Electrical, mechanical and Instrumentation. Experience in Cost optimization techniques, bidding strategy, must be able to guide team members to carry out bid synopsis, scope matrix with different consortium members, identifying of different consortium members, identifying technology providers, identifying PQ requirements, develop pre tendering strategy to create Innovative Technical and Financial PQs required for Qualifications in tender, engage with clients to develop Favourable PQs, Carry out costing of project thru estimation based on SOR, market rates, Visit sites and carry out risk assessment in terms of construction, design, political, Financial and insurance risks.
Competencies:
Must be methodical, systematic, process oriented, good communicator of setting expectations for team members, must groom team members to identify opportunities, must be self-driven to achieve targets as per ABP, commercially and technically savvy. Sharp and quick to move into the market, ability to deal with Government official’s upto CE and understand the political and social issues pertaining to opportunities
