We have many operational frameworks, which are similar to a toolbox with different tools for different jobs. We work under a range of frameworks, such as Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), and turnkey options, depending on each project’s unique requirements
Currently, we’re making waves with the prestigious Nangloi Water Supply Contract, one of the largest PPP projects for 24/7 water supply under the Delhi Jal Board. In partnership with Veolia, a global leader in the water sector, we’re managing a plant with a capacity of 40 Million Gallons per Day (MGD)—that’s about 181.6 Million Liters daily! At more than $100 million, this project includes extensive duties like intake of water, purification, filtration, distribution, and even invoicing for a 1.5 million-person city. It’s an overwhelming mission, but we make sure everything fits together like a master conductor leads an orchestra.
We’re also thrilled to be part of a consortium working on a 50 MGD water treatment and distribution facility in Haldia. The objective of this initiative is to improve both the effectiveness and the quality of water distribution in the commercial, residential, municipal, and industrial sectors.
We are working together to build AMRL Hitech City in Tamil Nadu’s approximately 2,500-acre Nangunery Special Economic Zone. In order to ensure that even dangerous waste is managed efficiently and safely, we are focusing on developing zero liquid discharge, sewage treatment, water, and wastewater systems.
Our philosophy at Swach is to give back. We’ve partnered with social foundations and NGOs to establish 1200 community-based water treatment plants in rural areas of Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and Bihar. In regions facing severe water contamination, we aim to provide clean, potable water at reasonable, subsidized rates, turning despair into hope—much like a lighthouse guiding ships safely to shore.
