House Service Connections (Minimum 235K) and Migration to 24x7 water supply

O&M including Metering, Billing, Collection etc. for a period of 15 years

Estimated Total Project Cost – INR 6523.2 mn (+ escalation)

Creation and Rehabilitation of Water Infrastructure INR 4585.4 mn (70% Shared by DJB)

Road Restoration Cost INR 1937.8 mn (100% Reimbursed by DJB)

DJB will pay the Operator fees per KL of Water Billed for Concession Period of 15 years

DJB will pay Operator Fees of ` 14.99/KL of Water Billed (+escalation every year)

Guaranteed Payment for 35K KL/Day for first 3 years

NWS has been awarded a 15 year contract on PPP model for uninterrupted water supply system in  Nangloi area in New Delhi from Delhi Jal Board (DJB)

Srei is a holistic infrastructure institution diversified into various infrastructure sectors including power, roads, logistics, ports, telecom, environment, rural infrastructure, etc. Srei has been a pioneer in infrastructure financing in India and has PFI status. It has significant experience in PPP Projects. Swach is an environmental business entity having focus on water and waste management projects.
